Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Meelro (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.
• You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us of any unauthorised use.
• You must provide accurate information and one account per person.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Submit others’ work as your own.

Follow the community guidelines shown in-app. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and process your content as needed to operate and improve the Service (for example, showing your posts in the community and generating AI feedback on your submissions).

AI-generated feedback

The Service uses AI to generate feedback and learning content. This is provided for educational purposes, may contain errors, and is not professional advice. Use your own judgement.

Plans & payment

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plan features, availability, and pricing may change; where required we’ll give reasonable notice. Self-serve checkout is not live yet — for now, upgrades are arranged by contacting us at hello@meelro.com. When self-serve paid plans launch, payments will be processed by our payment provider, Stripe; subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled, and you’ll be able to cancel at any time from your account. We don’t store your full card details.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Suspended users can appeal by emailing hello@meelro.com.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meelro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
